This visit not only marks a new chapter in bilateral relations between Indonesia and India but also commemorates the 75th anniversary of diplomatic cooperation between the two countries. Before departing from Jakarta, Prabowo expressed his pride in being invited as the chief guest at India’s 76th Republic Day celebrations, considering it a great honor for Indonesia. He also highlighted the participation of Indonesian TNI troops in the event, emphasizing the strong ties between the two nations. The visit includes scheduled meetings with Indian President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss enhancing cooperation on various strategic issues.
