Indonesia and Saudi Arabia have expressed deep concern about the humanitarian crisis in Gaza stemming from the Israeli military offensive. The issue was raised during the official meeting between Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud (MBS) in the Kingdom. Both countries have agreed to enhance coordination in providing emergency aid and broader humanitarian assistance to Gaza.
A joint statement released by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) underscored the commitment of Indonesia and Saudi Arabia to providing humanitarian aid and supporting recovery efforts following Israeli aggression in Gaza. In addition to addressing the Gaza situation, both nations also reiterated their shared goal of strengthening cooperation to ensure international stability and security. They pledged to collaborate in promoting regional peace and enhancing global resilience.
The meeting, held at Al-Salam Palace in a friendly atmosphere, emphasized the strong strategic relationship between Indonesia and Saudi Arabia.
